This jacket is sewn from tweed, a fabric which is wavy a bit but always comes across as elegant. Tweed has a grainy, soft surface that enchants with its optical waves. The material is made in a rep weave, is ribbed lengthwise and crosswise, and the front and back of the fabric are the same. The two-ply effect or crimped yarn is often used in tweed, resulting in a captivating play of colours and a lively structure of nubs and tiny loops.
