DELIVERY AND SHIPPING conditions

Once the order and payment are received, the delivery will be made by DHL within 7 working days.

Our shipping conditions are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale.

Goods are delivered by mail to the delivery address specified by the customer unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the order processing by the seller is decisive. Deviating from this, if the payment method PayPal is selected, the delivery address indicated by the customer at PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

If the transport company sends the shipping goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer is impossible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipping. This does not apply if the customer:
- effectively exercises his right of cancellation,
- is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery,
- was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered unless the seller announced the service a reasonable amount of time in advance. In any case, the customer bears the burden of proof that he is not responsible.

RETURNS

Return of items can be made within 14 days after receiving the order.

We hope you will be delighted with every purchase at olhaoshu.com, but we know that sometimes it is necessary to return an item. That's why we want to make the process as easy as possible.

If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your order from olhaoshu.com, you can return purchased but unwanted and undamaged items to us. You will get a full refund of what you paid for it unless otherwise negotiated (when ordering some models).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if you would like a different size or product.

Please notify us at sales@olhaoshu.com of your return within 14 days from the date you received your order. After submitting, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your return notification. You then have 14 days to return the unwanted items to us. The deadline is met if you send the item before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will process the return and send you an email confirming that your refund is on the way.

What is pre-order and how does it work?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item before it is available for sale.

The item purchasable in this way is identified by the PRE-ORDER label, visible on the product page, with the indicative delivery date of the item. You can purchase pre-order items at any time and receive them as soon as possible to proceed with the shipment.

If your order includes already available and pre-ordered items, it may be processed in a single solution.

Please note that payment has to be made at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your order.
